**Winnipeg Hyundai Service Department **is currently looking to fill the full time role of **Service Advisor**.

Duties include:

- Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner in our Service Drive
- Prepare customer vehicles for repair and park them as necessary
- Write and close out customer repair orders using DMS system
- Assist customers with repair requests
- Verify customer concerns with technicians and communicate needs effectively
- Obtain or update customer information in database
- Resolve customer complaints
- Promote recommended maintenance
- Communicate with all customers (internal/external) professionally
- Provide estimates for recommended maintenance and repairs

- Previous advisor experience an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Be a team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Dependability, reliability, accountability and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Previous PBS, Service Advisor, and Hyundai experience an asset
