Job Description: Sales Floor Manager

Position: Sales Floor Manager Department: Sales

As a Sales Floor Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of the sales team on the sales floor. Your primary objective will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will play a crucial role in motivating and guiding the sales team to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management:

- Supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to optimize their performance.
- Help sales associates achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure the team is aligned with the overall sales objectives.
- Monitor individual and team performance, conducting regular performance evaluations and taking corrective actions.
- Sales Performance:

- Drive sales growth by actively participating in the sales process, engaging with customers, and closing sales when required.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service:

- Foster a customer-centric culture by consistently upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Reporting and Communication:

- Generate regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and presenting insights to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing updates, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to coordinate sales activities and achieve business objectives.
