As an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager), you are determined to provide our customers with the best options for financing and insurance coverage. You choose a proper mix of solid financial institutions and maintain good working relationships with them. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, goal-setting, and organizational skills help you excel in this position. Our customers can sense that you truly care about meeting their needs. **QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE AND INSURANCE MANAGER (F&I MANAGER)**

2 years of automotive F&I management experience
