J.M. Le Dressay & Associates is a special practice law firm located in Langley, BC, exclusively engaged in federal prosecution agency work for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada throughout southwestern British Columbia.

We are looking for persons who are self-motivated, highly organized, have strong computer skills (ie: Word/Excel) with attention to detail and is able to multi-task in a busy office environment. If you are someone who is passionate about what they do, eager to serve the public interest and can work well as part of a team, you will fit right in

We have two full time positions available. Each position involves:

- Taking responsibility for diarizing and scheduling appearances in court;
- Updating files with appearance and disclosure records;
- Administering in custody matters on an urgent basis;
- Tracking and accommodating disclosure;
- Monitoring communications between Crown and counsel;
- Preparing files and notifying witnesses for trial;
- Communicating with the Agent Supervision Unit of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada;
- Communicating and maintaining rapport with assigned criminal registries and Judicial Case Managers.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Benefits are available after a negotiated probationary period.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
