**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various techniques, including smoothing and shaping.
- Restore existing concrete surfaces as needed, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to concrete finishing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in concrete forming and flooring installation is highly desirable.
- Ability to weld is a plus for specific project requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other tradespeople.

Pay: $19.00-$39.39 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
