Concrete Laborer

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper alignment.
- Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete flooring installations and other related tasks.
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms as needed for different projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate basic tools and equipment related to masonry work, including mixers and hand tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.

**Skills**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Experience in carpentry or flooring installation is a plus.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, including mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Proficiency in welding is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to restore and build structures effectively.
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of construction work.

Pay: $18.30-$23.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
