- _**Day shift: 7a**_**m-3pm, Monday - Friday**

**Job Summary Statement**:
The Inventory Cycle Counter will conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy at the facility level to improve our customer experience and minimize warehouse/logistic issues. The Cycle Counter reports directly to the Inventory Manager.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records
- Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures
- Maintain and evaluate inventory records on a quarterly basis
- Create an efficient space utilization plan
- Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability
- Check bulk orders for accuracy and quality prior to shipment

**Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse management and inventory control experience in a 3PL environment preferred
- Willingness to learn, adapt and to attend and participate in training and development programs as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work weekends on occasion (for off-hour physical counts)
- Reach Operator trained or willing to get trained.
- Ability to stand throughout the day and able to lift 30-50lbs as required.
- Willing to work in multi-temperature environments as required or assigned. **Fully capable of working in varying temperatures. Temperatures may range anywhere from 2°C to 15°C in most company warehouses while Cold Storage buildings may range from 0°C to -30°C.**
