**About the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Write and assist in creating various content, including news/press releases, informational documents such as blogs, white papers, articles in financial publications, website copy and corporate guides.
- Collaborating with the creative team, your role involves creating clear and concise creative briefs, ad copies, and guiding the creative process for both the Equiton and Assurican brands. The main goal is to ensure that all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets, effectively meet the set objectives.
- Research and write new content pieces for blog articles, employee newsletters, case studies and video scripts and other pieces as needed.
- Possess strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple documents requiring translation. They should also be able to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and external agencies to fulfill all translation requirements.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging and the generation of quality marketing leads.
- Ensure all content is up to brand standards and industry best practices.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Be able to effectively communicate and distill advanced industry concepts into engaging and relatable content that is action oriented.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
- Produce consistent and error-free content that adheres to the company's high standards.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position (financial or real estate experience an asset).
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant field.
- Solid understanding of online copywriting and how it impacts search engine optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics and program optimization.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills - operates with tact, diplomacy, and integrity.
- Anticipatory, proactive, and responsive - thinks ahead and plans accordingly with mínimal guidance.
- Strong work ethic and team player - trustworthy, capable, and reliable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
