We’re looking for a passionate and reliable **Restaurant Supervisor** to help lead our team, support daily operations, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with daily operations including opening/closing procedures, food prep, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and shift reports
- Support and enforce Firehouse Subs standards and culture
- Act as shift leader in absence of General Manager or Assistant Manager
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ year of experience in food service or customer-facing roles (leadership experience a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in Canada
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- FirstAid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
