So how do you fit in? We need someone with the technical experience to help train the next generation. This person is key when it comes to delivering the quality product Jenron is known to deliver.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skill**: Our foreman/forewoman’s need to be knowledgeable in their craft including:

- Patio and walkway Installation (brick, concrete & natural stone).
- Retaining wall installation (stack stone, natural stone, concrete & pressure treated).
- Wood structure installation (deck & fence installation).
- Softscape installation (sodding, tree and shrub planting, general mulch & rock installation).
- Valid class 5 drivers license.
- **Physical Fitness**: This job can be physically demanding, our foreman/forewoman needs to have strength and stamina.
- **Leadership**: Our foreman/forewoman’s needs to be able to lead others, teaching the next generation.
- **Team Player**:We build people up whether it's the customer we work for, the teammates we work with, or the community we work within.
- **Hard Work Ethic**: We work hard. We take pride in a job efficiently done well. Poor work ethic will not be tolerated.
- **Positivity**: Our team loves what they do Our morale is high. Negativity is not tolerated, a “can do” attitude required.
