We are looking for a Full Time Sushi Chef with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Southside ( Calgary Trail location / Ellerslie Road location)

**[ Job Duties ]**
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of sushi ingredients
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs as needed
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including slicing, rolling, and Nigiri
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of sushi fish, seafood, and ingredients

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
