**What You’ll Lead**

- **Own the floor** - run the show from molten metal to finished billet with authority and presence.
- **Drive breakthrough performance** - optimize yield, crush downtime, and raise the quality bar.
- **Inspire teams** - lead supervisors, union crews, and technical experts to the next level.
- **Champion safety + compliance** - no compromises, just excellence.
- **Innovate constantly** - spearhead improvements, scrap reduction, and recovery gains.

This isn’t just a management role. It’s your chance to **elevate an entire operation** and be the standard others measure against.

**Who You Are**

- A seasoned leader in metal or heavy manufacturing — **OR** a rising star who knows you’re ready for the big chair.
- A Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineer
- 7-10 years of progressive industry experience (minimum 3 in leadership).
- Sharp technical mind with deep knowledge of **manufacturing, scrap management, and quality systems**is an asset.
- Skilled at leading in unionized environments.
- Hungry for impact, with the courage to make decisions that matter.
