**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Independent Consultations:

- Conduct individual consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide tailored recommendations.
- Perform initial assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

2. Daily Aesthetic Consultations:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about treatments and services.
- Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of various procedures.

3. Client Support:

- Assist Dr. Xu in addressing and resolving client needs and concerns.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

4. Sales and Promotion:

- Utilize professional sales skills to promote clinic services and products.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.

**Required Skills**:

- Professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of medical aesthetics and current industry practices.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate client needs and clinic hours.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and have proficient English skills.
