We have an exciting opportunity for a **Regional Manager **to join our growing team

**Position**: Regional Manager of Seniors Wellness BC

**Immediate Supervisor**: VP and Sr. Director of Operations

**Primary Function**: Manage day-to-day operations of staff and homes for Seniors Wellness BC

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Works alongside the Sr. Director, Operations to successfully implement Physiotherapy, rehab assistant, Occupational Therapy service in long term care Homes in BC
- Lead recruitment and Retention strategy with support of admin, and talent advisors.
- Be the key contact for Homes and ensure successful delivery of services and annual review of services, annual reporting to homes and review of service contracts
- Meets with Homes in person/ virtually to address any issues, feedback from homes and to ensure a high degree of satisfaction
- Work with clinical support team to ensure all Seniors Wellness policies and procedures are met and any updates to policies and procedures needed annually
- Provides and/or co-ordinate presentations and in-services as requested by Homes.
- Promote Lifemark Seniors Wellness Services to new/existing homes. Assist with the start-up of new Homes
- Lead the Monthly Staff Meetings via TEAMS
- Participate in and report at weekly Operations Meeting and weekly 1:1 meeting with Director of Operations.
- Communicate challenges and successes to VP
