**Primary Responsibilities**:
The instructor will deliver instructor-led training to College students in the classroom on a daily basis enabling them to graduate from the program in which they are enrolled. The Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance and mentoring to students as they move from the textbook to the hands-on practical in a clinic setting.

The Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor will support the vision, mission, and values of Eastern College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**What you bring to the position**:

- Registered as a Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the provincial regulatory body Massage Therapists’ Associate of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
- Massage Therapy diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Adult education and teaching experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of the Internet.
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles is preferred.
- Reliable vehicle. Occasional travel required.
