- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Overview The is a live-in position (4 Days a week). Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary. Support clients with dementia care as needed, ensuring comfort and dignity. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to supervisors. Skills Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care setting ,live-in is preferred. Strong background in patient care, including working with individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of caregiving practices, including meal preparation and medication administration. Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a respectful environment for clients. Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and families. Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility needs effectively. 1. Are you a certified Female Personal Support Worker?

2. Can you speak English? Speaking Italian is a bonus.

3. Do you have a minimum of 1 year of experience?

4. Do you have experience with dementia, parkinson's, and immobility care?

5. Are you able to use a manual Hoyer lift and urinal?

6. Are you able to reposition and transfer the client with a sling by yourself?

7. Can you bed bathe the client (including cleaning a not circumcized male) and groom the client?

8. Can you prepare meals, feed the client, and give medication?

9. What is your height?

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $180.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON (L0J, Peel District): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
