**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Perform drywall repairs and caulking to ensure smooth surfaces before painting.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.
- Rig materials safely when necessary for high or difficult-to-reach areas.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting.
- Familiarity with drywall repair techniques and caulking processes.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to painting projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to painting and working at heights is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
