_RV Warranty Administrator Service Writer_

**Bucars RV is now hiring a RV Service Administrator to become part of our service team.**

**Requirements for position**:

- Must be able to work until 6pm and a Saturday rotation in season
- Well organized and ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Work well under pressure and in a quick paced environment
- Position is occasionally in an outdoor environment in all climates

**Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Submit claims quickly and efficiently
- Follow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed properly
- Adjust denied claims and secure payment for warranty work

Assist with the following.
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Creating work orders
- Providing estimates and quoting repair work
- Ensuring follow up with customers
- Completing work order when service is complete
- Collecting payment for work done

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$58,240.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- rv service advisor: 1 year (required)
