Job description
_
- Charismatic and Friendly: ability to start a conversation with strangers and build a rapport with customers and vendors
- Adaptable:able to adapt well to changes in prosesses and technology as necessary
- Punctual and Motivated:willingness to work and show up for shifts on time and as scheduled
- Communicative:Able to effectly communicate both in written format and verbaly with vendors and customers
- Dependable:reliable and dependable should other staff members call-out or when more shifts become available during the holiday season
- Willing to Learn: ability to learn new skills via on the job training Your responsibilities include
- Helping customers and giving them a fun, and enjoyable experience when in our store
- Opening & Closing the store
- Occasional stocking
- Cleaning and maintaining a presentable storefront
- Data entry
- Ability to effectively work alone and as a team Experience:
- retail: 1 year (required)
- sales: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (required) This is a part-time position for our Lawson Heights Mall location. I am looking to fill a position that will be scheduled to work a minimum of 12 hours per week with the possibility of picking up shifts should anyone call-out or need days off. This position does not work for students as open availability is required for the position. Lawson has free parking in front of the mall, as well as the back.
