Regional Cash Manager

**What is the opportunity?**

The new RBC Dominion Securities Internal Controls Support Centre located in Head Office is looking for a Regional Cash Manager to join their team You will provide superior service along with administrative and operational support to DS Branches and employees.

**What will you do?**
- Complete administrative and operational tasks to support DS Branches with regards to processing incoming and outgoing cash transactions
- Perform first level review of transactions to ensure they meet all risk considerations
- Investigate and resolve inquiries and escalations, and engage the Manager (or identified escalation contact) as required
- Analyze, identify and escalate trends for enhanced due diligence
- Distribute reports in a timely manner
- Support the DS Branches by communicating effectively, professionally and in a responsive and timely manner.
- Ensure that internal policies and procedures are distributed, understood, and complied with

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment
- Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions

**Nice-to-have**
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures, an asset
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset
