**What You'll Do**:

- Train alongside experienced oilfield and heavy industry crews
- Support daily field operations through hands-on manual labor
- Work with a variety of hand and power tools in outdoor environments
- Assist in rigging, slinging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment and materials
- Learn and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe worksite
- Help with setup, teardown, and maintenance of job sites and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members to support project goals
- Develop industry skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience

- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and substance abuse testing
- H2S Alive Safety Certificate
- Standard First Aid w/CPR Certificate
- Common Safety Orientation (Recommended)
- Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License, air brakes an asset (GDL not accepted)
- Capacity to provide a clean commercial 5-year drivers abstract within 30-days
