Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership and responsibility to ensure items are completed and communicated to all parties involved
- Listen to guests concerns or complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain security procedures regarding room codes, and other company security protocols
- Contact respective cleaning companies when necessary and provide all needed notes for guest stays in the software system
- Keep office area tidy, and organized
- Perform other duties, special projects or requests as assigned

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whistler, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
