- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Data Entry
- Prepare bank deposits and statements
- Reconcile month-end payroll check runs
- Answer phone calls, take messages, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least two years of prior accounting experience.
- proficiency in either Xero or Quickbooks accounting software
- Organization, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
