Reporting to the Manager, Accounting and Payments, this role provides member and peer support in the areas of Automated Fund Transfers, Wires, Manual Clearing, Traces and Recalls, ATM adjustments, Report reconciliation and analysis along with other daily Payments activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides specialized support in the payments area.
- Acts as first point of contact for the AFT program including Branch CAFT and PaymentStream Direct with respect to proposals and contract administration; Provides ongoing maintenance support
- Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with internal and external member contacts; identifying members’ needs and providing prompt and proactive solutions.
- Works collaboratively with the payments team to facilitate and support the accomplishment of business objectives through effective payment practices

- College graduate, preferably with courses in business
- Strong keying skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated independent problem resolution and analytical skills
1-2 years’ administrative experience; financial services sector experience is an asset
- Clearing and payment experience an asset
