**Description**

Representing Strategic Way Consulting, this assignment is at our Client location situated on the Lake Huron shoreline between the towns of Kincardine and Saugeen Shores. We are looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist. Reporting to the Performance Manager and working closely with the President, you will partner with clients and their functional business areas to deliver training, improve services, facilitate change, and ensure projects deliver their intended business outcomes. This role requires an individual to have strong written and oral communication skills, effective stakeholder management experience, and be detail-oriented, methodical, and collaborative. Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment this individual will be required to be responsive, take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work with mínimal direction.

**Assignment Details**:

- Support the implementation of the client Change management strategy and ensure that it is aligned to the corporate strategy and major client initiatives, processes and tools
- Provide implementation support for change management programs that enhance the overall effectiveness of all employees and support the organization’s transition to desired future state.
- Ensure proper attention and focus on the “people” aspect during change implementation; focus on organizational behaviour and “hearts and minds”
- Ensures the team is aware of relevant policies about change management.
- Collaborate with leaders in the management and direction of change initiatives in these areas.
- Ensure the team operates under best practices in continuous improvement and innovation in line with the clients established change management programs
- Assist in the development of metrics to measure success of change implementation and post implementation sustainability
- Accountable to liaise between key client stakeholder groups and ensure alignment in change management process, approach, implementation and communications plan
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tools with minimum guidance and work independently.
- Willingness to make decisions and solve problems
- Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency
- Professional business communications
- High level of organization, accountability and proactivity
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction, self-starter and problem-solving abilities essential
- Other duties as required

**Experience**
- A demonstrated track record (minimum 5 years) of experience and direct involvement in the planning and execution of strategic change efforts in support of organization and cultural change.
- Experience creating and delivering change management activities within a project structure.
- Solid understanding of project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience working within large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Acute business awareness and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Previous experience working in a nuclear power plant is preferred

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field
- Prosci Change management certification, experience and knowledge of ADKAR considered an asset.
- Lean six sigma, Kanban model, and Agile certification would be considered an asset.
- Valid nuclear site security clearance is considered an asset
