We are seeking a Quality Program Specialist professional for a temporary contract opportunity through a vendor partner at the Bruce Power site. This dynamic opportunity requires an individual who can thrive in a fast paced and integrated team environment.

The Quality Program Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance Program (QAP), and will provide ongoing oversight to the Quality Assurance Program (QAP), validating effective implementation across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality oversight and resolve related issues.
- Represent Bruce Power in standards and regulatory discussions to align practices with company interests.
- Develop and update Quality Assurance Program (QAP) materials, including procedures, training, and internal resources.
- Collaborate across disciplines to establish comprehensive quality procedures for design, procurement, process, and installation.
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for leadership.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent technical education).
- Nuclear industry experience with a focus on quality assurance/control.
- Familiarity with Canadian nuclear codes and standards (e.g., CSA N299, N286, ASME NQA-1, BPV Code).
- Experience contributing to Canadian or international nuclear standards is an asset.
- Background in developing and maintaining Nuclear Quality Assurance Programs is an asset.
- Quality Lead Auditor/Auditor experience is considered an asset.
