Torres Hardscapes is a growing Family owned hardscape construction company building award winning projects. Located in Toronto with sites all around the Greater Toronto Area. Our team specializes in the installation of interlocking stone, concrete works, curbing, retaining walls, steps and natural stone hardscapes for both commercial and residential projects. Our team is currently looking to fill the following position:
**Hardscape Construction Lead Hand**

**Requirements**:

- Must be team Player, must have communication skills and whatever it takes attitude.
- Motivated, hardworking, and take pride in workmanship.
- Willingness to expand their current skillset.
- Experience in hardscape construction 3+ years
- Valid G License with a clean record. (A Restricted is a bonus.)
- Physically able to perform tasks related to hardscape construction.

**Must be able to perform the following tasks**:

- Perform daily tasks in a safe and productive manner.
- Perform hardscape construction tasks such as rough/fine grading, installation of interlocking stone, retaining walls,
- Carpentry skills forming and pouring concrete.
- Shoot grades and perform minor layout tasks.
- Operate a company vehicle to pick up materials and or crew.
- Operate heavy equipment. (Skid Steer/Excavator.)
- Safely operate quick cut saw to cut different types of hardscape products.

**Work schedule**:

- Monday to Friday. (Saturdays occasionally.)
- Hours of work: 6:30 am - 5:00pm (occasionally later.)

**Compensation**:

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
