XZ RMT PHYSIO CLINIC is looking for one female one male registered massage therapist who is passionate about maintaining patient's physical well-being and will be responsible for but not limited to helping relieve patient's pain, recover from injuries, and improve patient's mobility. The Massage Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary setting alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and osteopathic manual practitioners.

XZ RMT PHYSIO CLINIC is a established multidisciplinary clinic located in Scarborough. We are provide evidence-based treatment to our patients with patient-centered care. We want to partner with our patients that take a proactive and preventative approach to maintain a higher quality of life.

Job Duties:

- Assess the root cause of pain
- Knead and massage muscles and soft tissues
- Utilize a range of manipulation techniques to reduce pain
- Keep organized and confidential records of patient health and treatment options
- Communicate clearly with patients in explaining the causes of their pain
- Suggest strengthening exercises for patients to complete at home
- Collaborate with other health care providers to ensure patients receive the best quality care
- Promote relaxation for clients to ensure the maximum benefit of the massage
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment
- Comply with all regulations

**Requirements**:

- An active member in good standing with CMTO
- Liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be organized and keep excellent records
- Must be patient and understanding
- Able to work independently and also able to collaborate with other practitioners.
- Able to generate and conduct effective treatment plans for patients
