**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
