WIS International is looking for a service-oriented and results-oriented Inventory Team Leader

**Must be available early mornings during the week and weekend availability in the evening This team also travels regularly and does overnight stays**
- Supervise and lead a team of inventory counters through an inventory count process at various retail establishments.
- Provide first class service to new and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers.
- Count inventory with the team when not supervising or assuming other responsibilities.
- Work a varied schedule and travel to our clients.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of skills, knowledge and experience:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in supervision, an asset.
- Leadership and training skills.
- Retail or warehouse experience an asset.
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Windows based software knowledge.
- Have a desire to learn and a willingness to seize opportunities for promotion.

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and successful completion of our training program.
