**About Us**: We are a Champs Family Entertainment Center offering a wide range of activities including bowling, a sports grille, arcade games, axe throwing, billiards, and hosting corporate parties. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager with a go-getter attitude to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, parties, and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a go-getter attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
