The position is for a Full Time Permanent Position -- Monday to Friday, Hours: 8:30 - 5:00. We offer a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week on-site and 2 days a week remote.

Primary

**Responsibilities**:

- The Sales Manager is accountable for driving strategic growth within the Canadian Marine industry by executing a well-defined Distribution P&A strategy that meets or exceeds sales forecast targets.
- This role involves developing programs and go-to-market strategies with direct P&A channel partners, managing sales plans, fostering client relationships, and collaborating across functions within the Canadian organization and globally.
- Travel, industry event participation, and setting annual budgets while providing timely forecasts are key aspects of the position.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Manage field sales personnel (Territory Sales Representatives) to achieve sales and performance targets for Land’N’Sea and Paynes
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans and implementation.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Serving as business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows.

- Operating Systems - Oracle, Discoverer, Excel, AS400, Business Objects, Stibo, BI and PowerBI
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field, with sales and marketing focus or marine management experience
- Bilingual English and French an asset
- Ability to travel in Canada and the US

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00-$113,000.00 per year
