**The Opportunity**
We are looking for experienced Bilingual Leisure Travel Consultants who are confident they will provide Merit Loyalty customers with outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment, for all travel-related inquiries including the planning/booking of their travel requirements. **How You Will Be Spending Your Time**
- Plan itineraries; arrange accommodations, airline, cruise, packages, car rentals and other travel related services for clients
- Converse with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required
- Stay educated on airline rules, regulations and current affairs
- Advise clients about passports, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, excursions in resorts, etc.
**The Skills, Experience and Requirements You Need to be Successful**
- Minimum 2 years Travel Consultant sales experience
- Bilingual in French/English
- Excellent customer service skills, especially phone etiquette
- Strong domestic, trans border, and international travel knowledge
- Experience in a travel call center or leisure travel office
- Travel systems experience required (AMADEUS) an asset*

Nous sommes à la recherche de conseillers en voyages bilingue d'agrément expérimentés qui sont certains de pouvoir offrir aux clients de Merit Loyalty un service à la clientèle exceptionnel dans un centre d'appels où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide, pour toutes les demandes de renseignements liées aux voyages, y compris la planification et la réservation de leurs besoins en matière de voyage. **Comment vous allez passer votre temps**
- Planifier les itinéraires ; organiser l'hébergement, les vols, les croisières, les forfaits, la location de voitures et autres services liés aux voyages pour les clients.
- Converser avec les clients pour déterminer la destination, le mode de transport, les dates de voyage, les considérations financières et l'hébergement requis.
- Se tenir au courant des règles et règlements des compagnies aériennes et des affaires courantes.
- Conseiller les clients sur les passeports, les visas, les devises étrangères, les assurances voyage, les excursions dans les centres de villégiature, etc.
**Les compétences, l'expérience et les exigences nécessaires pour réussir**
- Minmum 2 ans d'expérience en vente comme conseiller en voyages.
- La maîtrise du français/anglais.
- TICO (Ontario)/OPC (Montreal)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, notamment en ce qui concerne l'étiquette téléphonique.
- Solide connaissance des voyages nationaux, transfrontaliers et internationaux.
- Expérience antérieure dans un centre d'appels de voyages ou un bureau de voyages d'agrément.
- Expérience des systèmes de voyage requise (AMADEUS), un atout*.
