**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of any shortages.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in food service or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen.
