At this time we are currently seeking to fill an **immediate need for long term employment**. This opportunity will allow for growth and development in the Telecommunication Industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- PC troubleshooting and repair
- Mobile device troubleshooting and repair
- PC and Mobile device provisioning.
- IP phone support.
- IT administration (asset tracking, helpdesk)
- Printer troubleshooting and support
- IT purchases and requisitions
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows
- Proficient in Android OS.
- Advanced knowledge of PC hardware.
- Proficient in Windows OS and driver installation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Proficient in Apple iOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Experience with helpdesk systems.
- Mobile device management.
**OTHER VALUED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Windows Server OS
- Vmware vSphere.
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, File Sharing
- Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Basic knowledge of Cisco firewalls.
