**Inventory Coordinator**
A day in the life of an **Inventory Coordinator** offers many opportunities to put your reasoning and collaborative skills to good use while serving as a link between multiple teams at Qualitree.
You start your day by reviewing plant inventory counts and inputting them into the system with efficiency and accuracy. You notice the total for 4” Thuja ‘Emerald Green’ is missing so it’s time for your problem-solving skills to shine You’re equipped to tackle puzzles like discrepancies or missing data, both in the office and out in the growing fields, so you go for a bike ride to recount the batch, despite it being a rainy day in the Fraser Valley.
Returning from the field, you start on the next batch of plant identification labels, keeping a close eye on which crops need labels, making sure the QR codes link to the correct products in the system, and coordinating key details with the printing team.
It’s a busy time of year for planting up the lavender crop and your counting skills are needed to keep inventory up-to-date. A short drive later, you arrive at the offsite greenhouse location to collect your data and note plant batch details for entry back at the office.
As you wrap up your tasks and prepare for tomorrow, you reflect on another action-filled day spent collecting and maintaining usable information for the growing, sales, and inventory teams’ success.
