**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of programs and projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies such as PMBOK.
- Supervise cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team management and effective communication.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Microsoft Project for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee vendor management processes to ensure quality deliverables from external partners.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define project objectives clearly.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions effectively.
- Analyze data collection processes and utilize data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in program management or IT project management with a strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall).
- Supervising experience with a track record of successful team leadership and development.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Salesforce or Workday is preferred.
- Experience in quality management practices and risk management techniques.
- Ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into actionable project plans.

Pay: $53.10-$64.90 per hour
