**Duties**
- Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a smooth patient flow
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors during patient examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records, including documenting treatments and progress notes
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer basic questions about procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up appointments to optimize clinic operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and office spaces
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and maintaining inventory of supplies

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare certifications are advantageous
