**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and stock replenishment.
- Implement effective sales management techniques to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
- Oversee hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer communication to enhance the shopping experience.
- Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 5Y6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
