**Shift Manager Environmental Health & Safety**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Maintain an active presence on the production floor and throughout office settings to act as the first point of contact to provide coaching, mentoring, and support for all EHS and facility concerns
- Deliver and facilitate required courses including Forklift, Overhead Crane, Lockout Tagout and Aerial Work Platform
- Remain up to date with relevant legislation
- Partner with the EHS Coordinator for the implementation and maintenance of EHS and facilities initiatives and programs
- Assist in the investigation of all accidents, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure they are immediately reported and documented for determination of root cause and necessary corrective actions
- Co-Chair in the company’s Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Maintain Certification of all required EHS training and EHS training matrix
- Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 3 years of relevant experience in health & safety
- 3 years of experience in a supervisor/ training role
- JHSC Level 1 and 2
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
- Ability to travel between CCTS facilities
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary education in Health & Safety
- Mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
