Environmental Health and Safety Representative Join to apply for the Environmental Health and Safety Representative role at Cleveland-Cliffs . Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs, has an immediate opportunity for a Environmental Health and Safety Representative in our Tillsonburg, Ontario stamping facility. The role supports production in a fast‑paced automotive production environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package and career advancement opportunities. Summary of Responsibilities Manage claims and represent the Company in Health & Safety matters with external organizations such as the MOE, MOL and WSIB. Audit assets and machinery to ensure compliance with company safety for employees, visitors and contractors. Read and coach leadership to ensure fulfillment of the EHS roles & responsibilities per the RASCI matrix. Conduct job site safety inspections, including hazard analysis and safe work procedure reviews and environmental assessments. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years working in the health and safety field in a manufacturing environment. Experience and proven ability to provide technical training in material handling, LOTO, and confined space. Preferred Qualifications University degree or college certificate related to Occupational Health and Safety.
