**Responsibilities**
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to clients in daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Assist individuals with mobility and physical tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in client living spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Document client progress and any changes in condition accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored assistance that promotes independence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and patient care techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in caregiving.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
