**Metal Dresser/ Grinder**

**Deluxe Metal Fabrication Inc is a manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts. We are in Langley, BC, and** **currently looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our team and work safely in an efficient manner.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dress metal parts and remove surface imperfections
- Using pneumatic air tools for extended periods of time in a standing position to prepare various metal part
- Grinding and sanding to the desired finish class required by each customer
- Set up and operate dressing equipment and tools correctly, identify issues and fix or report them.
- Operate equipment safety according to their intended use.
- Handle incoming and outgoing parts safety and with care to avoid damage or injury.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
- Work on sheet metal parts and components.
- Practices good housekeeping and adheres to all company policies
- Help teammates to clean and organize the shop space
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a metal fabrication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Work Schedule**

Shift is full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Morning shift.

**Payment will be negotiated based on skills and experience.**

**This position offers excellent opportunities for growth within the company including training on other CNC equipment such as punching, shearing, and bending.**
