We are a fast paced, production-oriented machine shop with plenty of opportunity for growth. Our current focus is on expanding our Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 06:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

As a member of the CNC Team, you will:
- Work as part of a team to deliver demand driven value to customers
- Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment
- Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Train and develop new team members
- As a working team lead, help develop the team and trouble shoot daily production challenges
**Who You Are?**
- CNC Machining Experience: CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and or CNC Lathe: _**Minimum 5 years of experience required**_
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledgeable in G Code
- Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
- Willingness to learn and improve your skills.
- Team Leadership experience preferred
BD Diesel is a supporter and sponsor of CNC apprenticeships all the way up to a Journeyman Qualification
