**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regularcycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- **Stock Organization**: Ensure all inventory is properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible.
- **Order Put-Away**: Efficiently receive, inspect, and put away incoming orders,verifying quantities and quality.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Assist with preparing outgoing shipments, receiving incoming goods, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements, stock levels, and shipping/receiving activities.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to support smooth operations.

**To succeed in this job, you will need**:

- **Attention to Detail**:Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high accuracy in inventory records.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Aptitude for identifying and resolving inventory issues quicklyand efficiently.
- **Physical Ability**: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 kg.

**Education & Experience**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Experience: Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is an asset.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-Paced Manufacturing: The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with frequent interactions with production teams.
- Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced setting.
