Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning & Upkeep:

- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Clean windows and frequently used surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling.

Outdoor Maintenance & Landscaping:

- Perform lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep.
- Maintain outdoor areas such as parking lots, walkways, and green spaces.

Basic Repairs & Maintenance:

- Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing door locks, and patching walls.
- Report any maintenance issues to management and assist in resolving them.
- Keep maintenance logs updated to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Facility Safety & Inspections:

- Conduct routine checks to ensure the property is in good condition.
- Identify potential hazards and report them for resolution.

Supply & Equipment Management:

- Keep track of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in maintenance or general labour is preferred.

Position Details:

- Start Date: May 5, 2025
- End Date: August 29, 2025 (with potential part-time work available for winter snow clearing)
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Work location will vary between Inkster Park area and St Vital area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
