**Foreman - Manhole Rehabilitation**

Insituform Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced Foreman for our Manhole Rehabilitation crew.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Front-line lead employee responsible for performing and directing the activities of a of manhole rehabilitation crew in the preparation, install and clean up on manhole rehabilitation projects.
- Provide leadership and supervision at project site and adhere to and reinforce safety policies and working rules.
- Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance
- Analyze and resolve work problems and lead crew members in discovering the resolutions.
- Prepare and submit for review production, safety, time and other reports, as necessary.
- Maintain positive public image of the company with appropriate personal conduct and by operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Employees comply with all government and corporate safety procedures and ensure staff compliance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working in a physical labour position and/or outdoor construction experience preferred.
- Must be able to enter confirmed space and comply with safety policies.
- Ability to work out of town, approximately 50% travel.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to enter and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- 1st Aid, CSTS, TDG, Confined Space and WHIMIS Safety Tickets an asset.
- Clean Class 5 license or better.
