**AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA** is a dealership located in Newmarket, ON. We are seeking an experienced individual who is located close to the dealership as a Part-Time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening and Saturday shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle inquiries from customers both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- ** Ideally located within a short commute to Newmarket, Ontario.**
- Preference will be given to applicants with Previous dealership
- Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

**Shifts**:

- Monday to Thursday: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM
- Additional shifts may be available to cover for the main receptionist during sick days or time off. Flexibility and availability to take on extra shifts is highly desirable.
