**AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA** is a dealership located in Newmarket ON, We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our dealership as a Part-Time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening and Saturday shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and courtesy
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- _ Additional shifts may be available to cover main front office receptionist_

**Qualifications**:

- Previous dealership experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
