**Gyro Mazda** is now hiring a **Service Appointment Coordinator** to join our team As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound scripted calls and setting/confirming appointments for service customers. If you are energetic, well-spoke and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with a "Team Player" attitude, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW **INSTRUCTIONS** - Call Gyro (416) 421-5730 - Ask to be transferred to Tamara Bennett’s voice mail. - Please then record a message include the following - First and Last Name - Time and Date of Call - Tells us what you know about Gyro and Why you would like to work with our team **Delivering the Best Possible Customer Experience**. A steady dedication by all Team members is required to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction during each and every contact. Our new Service Process is intended to ensure an enthusiastic environment for all Guests and Team members. Our mantra must be “Teamwork, Consistency, a positive attitude and serving others as our #1 priority” We ask for your full support, as we continue our steps towards developing new systems and fine tuning our processes. **Responsibilities**: - Scheduling service appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner - Answering incoming calls - Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments - Directing all customer inquiries accordingly - Identify and escalate priority issues - Follow up calls - Assist in-person customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required **Required Skills**: - Previous experience in similar role considered an asset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Listening skills - Problem analysis and problem solving - Customer service orientation - Organizational Skills - Team work - Multitask **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Service Advisor: 2 years (required) - Customer service: 1 year (required) - Dealership: 2 years (required) - Appointment Coordinator: 1 year (required)
